We are seeking a strategic HR Partner to support our regional retail operations across two markets.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in HR operations or business partnering, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Partner with managers on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems development.
- Roll out global and regional HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Lead employee onboarding, engagement, and welfare programs, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and organizational charts, to inform business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding innovative solutions.
