We aim to elevate perioperative care for hospitals and medical facilities nationwide by streamlining each stage of anesthesia care delivery.
Job Responsibilities:- Identify, screen, and select qualified healthcare professionals for client sites, adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Coordinate schedules for clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of healthcare providers' credentials and qualifications.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals through open communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be available via phone outside regular working hours to address urgent matters and provide support as needed.
- Prior recruiting experience is a significant advantage; transferable skills are considered highly valuable.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and time management skills to handle urgent issues and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, databases, and software applications to streamline the hiring process.
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing and regulations is desired but not required.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time Business Hours and be flexible to adapt to changing circumstances.
