At our company, we are seeking a skilled Cross-Cultural Customer Liaison to provide top-notch support to French-speaking customers. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with clients via various channels and building strong relationships through personalized interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional support in both French and English through voice and chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and understood.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, demonstrating professionalism and a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service, sharing valuable insights and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Experience with bilingual customer support is highly advantageous, but not necessary if you have a strong understanding of cultural nuances and language skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce and CRM systems is a plus, but not required if you're willing to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Technical Requirements:
  • A personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor and up-to-date operating system.
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
