IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance and support to our studio equipment production and operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for both production and operation teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues based on given service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to and perform technical analysis and repair of all production operation-related issues.
Requirements:Technical Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and audio/video operations and services.
  • Strong knowledge of audio/video setup, installation, and configuration from different types of sources and distribution.
  • Familiarity with computer networks and desktop support.
  • Knowledgeable in basic HTML and database concepts.
  • Proficient in English language (both written and oral).
Soft Skills:
  • Able to read and understand electronic schematic diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
