Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our target audience.

By leveraging various social media platforms, you will increase our online presence, foster meaningful relationships with our followers, and generate leads through strategic content creation and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Set up and optimize social media business pages on major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Develop and implement a content calendar that drives engagement and promotes online brand awareness
• Create high-quality visual content using design software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
