Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Developer to support current and possible future projects. You will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance and optimize Salesforce solutions for clients.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, Flow, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom AI solutions and drive innovation to streamline business processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role demands proficiency in Flow, LWC, APEX, and platform features. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI, even in its early stages, and a strong track record of configuring Salesforce implementations that include Einstein within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and training to users as needed, including explaining Generative AI fundamentals.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features, especially around Data Cloud and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks to all project team members in order to deliver high-quality projects that use AI in Salesforce.
  • Lead projects by being the primary point of contact for clients and Project Managers, along with being accountable for each project team member's performance within the project.
