Job Overview:

Network Operations Center Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations.

As the primary point of contact, you will address alerts and requests with expertise, troubleshooting end-user devices, cloud technologies, and network infrastructure.

A strong background in server support, infrastructure, and networking is essential for success in this position. Experience working in an MSP/Consultancy environment is highly valued.

This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and customers. You will be responsible for resolving alerts and requests, coordinating maintenance and repair, and documenting knowledge base articles.

  • Resolve alerts related to user devices, circuit downs, temperature/water alerts, Cloud alerts, and SOC alerts.
  • Address requests involving after-hours maintenance scheduling and device/new customer onboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and customers, coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
  • Engage in projects assigned by managers to enhance NOC and Support team capabilities.
  • Maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles and content improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
