As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This includes managing systems, networks, and user access, providing timely technical support, and implementing best practices to enable seamless business operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional who can work effectively with proprietary software and AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 99% success rate in onboarding new joiners on the day of joining.
  • Adhere to SLAs for mean time to respond and resolution for all tickets (95%).
  • Manage asset devices globally effectively.
Requirements:

We require a minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical support specialist. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable working under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.
