Financial Accountant Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing monthly bank reconciliations, completing daily reconciliations, and maintaining general ledger accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete daily reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and perform month-end/year-end closing procedures.
  • Maintenance of the fixed asset register for multiple entities.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure timely completion of month-end close activities.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills in English.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a global company.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
