Financial Support Specialist

We seek a seasoned accounting professional to provide financial support services for a U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry.
Responsibilities:- Manage core accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and financial assistance.
- Process supplier invoices in Syncore and/or QuickBooks.
- Coordinate weekly check runs based on cash flow projections.
- Generate client invoices upon order completion.
- Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements.
- Administer royalty entry and submissions.
- Assist in year-end financial statement preparation.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least three years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook).
