ERP Consultant Job Description

This is a role that requires expertise in delivering tailored ERP solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with clients to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Leading ERP integration projects, working with third-party solutions and APIs.
  • Supporting ERP project recovery efforts, stabilizing and optimizing existing systems.
  • Ensuring data governance, security, and system integrations for seamless data flow.
  • Configuring and managing API connections, workflows, and scheduled scripts.
  • Developing customized reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches for actionable insights.
  • Managing system upgrades, testing new features, and rolling out updates to client environments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in ERP consulting or related roles. They should also have strong analytical skills, the ability to assess client business needs, and translate requirements into actionable plans.

Additionally, the consultant should be able to document workflows, manage system improvements, and track client service requests effectively.
