Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for managing program and project managers and grow Technosoft consulting services in a highly visible capacity. The Candidate will be required to engage in all areas of IT service delivery with revenue responsibilities. The Candidate will interact with clients, build strong client relationship; manage technical and non-technical team members, business partners, and subcontractors to successfully deliver solutions to our end customers.
The Candidate will be responsible for strategic, tactical, operational management and execution of all aspects of the customer's project mission. The successful candidate will need to possess the requisite management and leadership experience in the following areas:
Serving as a trusted advisor to the client; collaborating on strategy, tactics and operations with customers to add value to our customers
Serving as the liaison between the client and assigned staff to ensure clear and consistent communication
Building excellent client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and high quality professional services
Bringing program and project management experience successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget and in scope:
Managing teams of resources, including sub-contractors, and providing leadership and mentoring to the staff as needed
- Developing new opportunities with existing and/or new clients
- Responsible for revenue, growth, and P&L
Performing capture manager role with expertise in writing winning proposals
Take role as solution architect for the project:
Work with Functional Consultants to analyse and translate business requirements into functional and design specifications
- Work with Functional Consultants to conduct functional fit/gap analysis between business requirement and product/system
- Review design and functional documentations such as requirements definition, functional specs, design specs, test plan and scripts etc
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive and relevant program /employee management experience, especially automotive retail and dealer management system
- Significant experience throughout career with software development projects and IT service delivery contracts
- Experience managing technical staff including project managers, developers, testers, business analyst as well other software development delivery staff
- 10+ years of experience of managing ERP, CRM projects, especially large contracts
- 5+ years of experience in writing proposals
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM is preferred
- Experience in managing teams remotely across multiple countries
- Experience in automotive industry, especially dealer management systems
- Fluent in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
