Client Services Manager Role Summary

Elevate your career by taking on a challenging role as a Client Services Manager. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to deliver seamless client experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Client Ownership & Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring timely responses and resolving escalations efficiently.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders through regular engagement and proactive support.
    • Participate in client planning sessions to align operational objectives and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Onboarding & Implementation
    • Lead the entire client onboarding lifecycle, including platform setup, configuration, and training delivery.
    • Provide comprehensive onboarding for new client staff, ensuring continuity in platform knowledge and usage.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and manage technical resolutions.
  • Client Enablement & Platform Advocacy
    • Promote regular usage of the platform by encouraging clients to adopt best practices and leverage relevant features.
    • Support client events and live implementations to enhance system understanding and address real-time questions.
    • Track and report on key success metrics to improve overall customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Liaise with internal teams to deliver feedback, surface feature requests, and align product capabilities with client goals.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, training logs, issue tracking, and system changes.
    • Collaborate with regional and global peers to share learnings and standardize best practices.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise environments.
    • Proven ability to manage high-touch clients and act as an embedded resource within client teams.
    • Strong technical acumen, enabling first-line troubleshooting and coordination with product/engineering teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
