Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves providing exceptional customer service via chat and email, ensuring a seamless user experience in English.
  • The ideal candidate will be our customers' voice, sharing their feedback and reporting issues to drive continuous improvement.
  • As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with various departments and have a direct impact on improving our product.
  • You will represent our brand and build trustful relationships with customers, delivering outstanding support and guidance.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with experience dealing with SMEs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, coupled with good observational skills for process and product improvement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
  • Capable of working within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break.
