ACCOUNT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Full-Time | Onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga
We are seeking for Account Support Representative to assists our account management team in ensuring smooth client operations. This role focuses on supporting client communication, monitoring account activities and handling billing and collection tasks.
You will work closely with internal teams to address client needs, resolve account issues and ensure timely payment follow ups.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support account manager in maintaining positive and professional client relationships
- Respond to client inquiries and escalate complex concerns to the account manager when necessary
- Prepare and send invoices, process payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate client account records, payment histories and communication logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests and billing matters are addressed promptly
- Assists generating account status reports and payment summaries for management review
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year experience in customer service, account support, billing or collections
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
- Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Tech savvy, quick to learn new tools and systems
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary: Up to 35,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
- Attendance Bonus: Monthly reward for perfect attendance
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: for consistently exceeding targets
- Training provided on tools, systems and US client communications
