We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with clients in a B2B environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and marketing, proven lead generation skills, and the ability to execute on strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities through prospect research, outreach, and relationship building
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and areas for growth
- Perform strategic outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and secure appointments
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth sales process
- Leverage technology to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as experience working with North American clients.
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools is a plus, and knowledge of the plastics industry is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in business development or a similar sales-focused role
- Solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience preferred
- Proven expertise in lead generation and appointment setting
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
