About This Role

We are a dynamic team seeking a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our ranks. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and brand recognition for our clients.

Your mission will be to power the relentless pursuit of growth through innovative marketing strategies that deliver results-driven campaigns. With your expertise in cross-channel marketing program management, you will craft integrated plans that ignite success across social media and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel
  • Collaborate with specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' industries, verticals, competitors, and ideal customer profiles
  • Work closely with specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure projections align with client efficiency requirements and business objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
  • Experience managing large sets of campaigns and/or clients
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with earned media channels and audience insight tools
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Slack
