Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to empower client success and drive excellence in the accounting industry.

About the Role

  • Manage client onboarding and compliance documentation efficiently.
  • Track jobs and lodgements in practice management software, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, sending reminders, follow-ups, and updates as needed.
  • Monitor WIP and billing status, collaborating closely with Australian accountants.
  • Handle ASIC corporate secretarial work, including annual review reminders and digital lodgements, maintaining accurate registers.
  • Support client service activities, such as newsletter coordination and webinar planning.
  • Coordinate workflow across teams, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements & Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in or supporting an Australian accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and client service processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in Australian practice management and corporate secretarial systems (XPM, CAS360, BGL, Karbon) is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are necessary.

This role plays a critical part in managing client communications, compliance deadlines, and workflow tracking for Australian accounting firm clients.
