Fast-Growing Digital Brand Seeks Proactive E-Commerce Assistant

A tech-savvy and proactive E-Commerce Assistant is sought by a rapidly scaling online intimacy and wellness brand. With over 25K followers on TikTok, this role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic entrepreneur in the forefront of digital retail.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

  • Upload and manage product inventory using CommentSold (experience with Shopify or similar platforms a plus)
  • Pull and organize inventory from external sources and ensure listings are up to date and accurately maintained
  • Execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts (targeting abandoned cart users, repurchasers, etc.)
  • Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva
  • Align all visuals with brand identity and campaign themes

Social Media & Marketplace Management

  • Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay

Set up and manage Facebook events and promotions

  • Ensure product listings are correctly formatted and deduplicated across channels

Administrative & Operational Support

Provide general administrative assistance to the founder as needed

  • Support with logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks to streamline operations

Who We Are Looking For:

Skilled in Canva and comfortable creating marketing visuals

  • Experienced with e-commerce tools (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms)

Familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role

What We Offer:

20 hours per week at USD 4.50 per hour (onboarding rate, increase considered from 2nd month)
