We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily ecommerce operations, assist with content creation, and contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience across digital platforms. Experience with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and manage product listings across ecommerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO tags.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stock issues.
  • Process internal customer's inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in developing and executing online promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Help plan and support livestream events or digital content using OBS (training provided if needed).
  • Analyze ecommerce metrics and provide regular reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance online customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, online retail, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Shopify.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
