HR Support Role

We are seeking an HR Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in Office Administration, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, and On-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily HR operations to ensure efficient execution of HR functions and duties.
  • Provision of administrative and clerical support in Office Administration, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, and On-boarding.
  • Coordination of HR activities including talent acquisition, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Management of administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, handling employee queries, and maintaining HR documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in HR Admin and in recruitment.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with a pleasant personality.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
