Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team. This role involves assisting with email campaign setup and scheduling, organizing campaign assets and contact lists, tracking performance data, and maintaining standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the setup and scheduling of email campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools
  • Organize and maintain campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates
  • Monitor performance data and compile clear reports for internal teams
  • Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures, campaign checklists, and shared resources
  • Support return trends tracking by analyzing return portal data and organizing findings
  • Engage with customers through direct messages, ad comments, and customer threads
  • Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or administration
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with a strong attention to detail and data management
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and project management platforms like Asana or ClickUp
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear writing and collaboration across teams
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities with calm and clarity
