We're on the lookout for an experienced Business Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating business operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and contribute to the development of business plans and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings, events, and other business-related activities.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business coordination or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP).
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of business software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
