Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project planning, documentation, and communication.

The successful candidate will support the effective execution of project tasks by coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders. This role requires someone willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Day-to-Day Coordination: Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups.
  • Track Project Schedules: Monitor workstream progress, flag risks or potential delays, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain Project Plans: Regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers.
  • Coordinate Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare Reports: Draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
