Payment Solutions Customer Care Specialist

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Payment Solutions Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients and their customers.

Your primary focus will be on resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of assigned company clients.

You'll work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

What You'll Do:
  1. Resolves basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests using client provided systems and established documentation and processes.
  2. Determines basic reasons for customer issues using a client provided decision tree and escalates or refers unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments.
