We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As an expert in trade marketing, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful selling and marketing events and exhibits.

About the Role
  1. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to schedule exhibit opportunities and develop exhibit modules.
  2. Source out locations for exhibit displays and ensure that each exhibit is properly displayed and presented.
  3. Manage inventory and movement of exhibit modules, furniture, and equipment, and maintain exhibit booths in excellent condition.
  4. Oversee all aspects of events, including registration, program flow, and logistics.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in matrix environments and influence various stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
