Project Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

A highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist is needed to conduct research, source, recruit, interview, and engage candidates for various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates.

The successful candidate will develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals, prescreen and paper screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screening, create tracking systems for all candidates and internal database, collaborate with managers and possibly other departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential virtual professional candidates, utilize all channels, online portals, and social networking sites to source out and connect with potential candidates, manage job boards and job postings, and measure and report sourcing metrics on a real-time basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or any similar role preferred
  • Extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates
  • Hands-on experience in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition
  • Familiarity in creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a healthcare/medical related field preferred but not required
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc. preferred but not required
