Job Title: Cost Accountant Specialist

As a Cost Accountant Specialist, you will play a key role in the financial success of our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and take on the challenge of managing complex financial records and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline and maintain normal and complex accounts.
  • Analyze data and deliver complex reports using Excel book sheets.
  • Monitor transactions and prepare financial reports for budgeting purposes.
  • Perform period end General Ledger account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Import and post journal entries into the general ledger.
  • Solve accounting issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver monthly balance sheet reconciliation and create roles and procedures to reduce costs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in Accounting.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Oracle.
  • Ability to maintain high accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Maintain confidentiality concerning financial information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of completing work with high quality.
  • A knack for solving complex problems and enjoying a hands-on approach.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
