Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing cash operations effectively. This involves overseeing the overall performance of cash management operations, ensuring adherence to policies and objectives.

Responsibilities include managing disbursement, receipts, investment management, and handling automation projects related to cash management. You will also propose process improvements, create policies, and plan, review, monitor, and evaluate performance towards achievement of goals and key results areas.

  • Collaborate with other departments for issues concerning cash management operations.
  • Prepare management reports and participate in audits conducted on the book of accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Hold a college degree in Business Administration or Accountancy, preferably with CPA certification.

Have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with broad integration and coordination of activities within a single management area.

Display accountability for assets, cash, equipment, records, and documents.

Demonstrate strong people management skills, supervising 4 to 6 subordinates.
