Job Description:

  • Submits fuel orders to Purchasing and monitors fuel inventories
  • Ensures that assigned station is staffed accordingly, based on principal standard criteria.
  • Coordinates and follows up on maintenance issues with Operation Maintenance for all repairs needed by the assigned station
  • Generates leads from the surrounding community of the assigned station
  • Ensures that the assigned station meets its monthly sales target
  • Ensures that cash sales is tallied with the Daily Sales Accountability Report (DASAR) prior to receiving it from the Cashier every shift daily
  • Ensures safekeeping of cash sales proceeds turned over by the Cashier and twice a week depositing of cash to the company's account at the designated bank (depositing may not be applicable if there is a scheduled cash pick-up by the bank at the station)
  • Ensures that all service personnel are updated with information cascaded from the principal and the head office, such as but not limited to, upcoming and on-going promotions and policy updates.
  • Regularly communicates (written and verbal) current, complete, accurate and relevant information to concerned individuals.
  • Submits all necessary reports in relation to the operation of the station, inventory management, sales and marketing, administrative reports and government-required reports
  • Prepares reports regularly and endorsement as necessary

Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • 2 years of experience in the same industry
  • With at least one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Amenable to travel from time to time
