Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. This role will involve managing and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on Windows Server technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering and maintaining Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Distributed File System (DFS), and Print Servers.

They will also provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online, as well as perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

A strong understanding of PowerShell scripting is essential, along with basic knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, and Linux.

The successful candidate will be part of a 24x7 support environment, working closely with the team to maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and related technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across all listed technologies

  • Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, and Linux
