Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Systems Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual with expertise in system implementation and management to contribute to the organization's success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and planning the implementation of business systems to ensure improvement of operational efficiencies and enhance business enablement. You will also oversee the development and management of new business systems, manage performance and functionality of existing systems, and manage organizational platforms for reporting and analytics.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience in IT project management. You should also have knowledge of financial modelling, ERP system implementation, software development life cycle processes, and information systems management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and plan the implementation of business systems to improve operational efficiencies and enhance business enablement.
  • Develop and manage new business systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage performance and functionality of existing systems to ensure they continue to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage organizational platforms for reporting and analytics to provide insights into business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Science, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in system implementation and management, with at least 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in a process/service-oriented organization.
  • Knowledge of financial modelling, ERP system implementation, software development life cycle processes, and information systems management.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience in IT project management.
