As a key member of our team, the Billing and Collection Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing staff members to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with 2–5 years of experience as a billing and collection supervisor, preferably in the hospitality industry.

They will possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as strong leadership and managerial skills. The ability to work accurately and independently, with good verbal and written communication skills, is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve credit collection, reducing outstanding balances, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding recoveries.

They will also establish deadlines for invoicing and payment collection, negotiate with customers in cases of non-payment, and prepare monthly feedback reports on payment collections.

Additionally, they will stay informed about legislative changes and procedural training related to debt collection, manage point-of-service collection functions, and conduct Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party insurance verification and billing.

The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, with a strong focus on enhancing customer service and increasing revenue for clinics and surgery centers.
