Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice generation: Produce accurate and timely customer invoices, ensuring compliance with NCR's Revenue Policy.
  • Billing management: Oversee bill processing, optimization, and audit & analysis of billing requests.
  • Trend analysis: Analyze billing trends to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
