We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive relationships with customers, meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Native English language proficiency (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is required
- Experience providing support via live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
