Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Account Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing day-to-day communications, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and work-life balance. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to pursue new prospects and grow the customer base
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, upselling, and establishing new accounts
  • Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and focus sales efforts accordingly
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts and prospects using company software, and produce regular reports
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, and customer service
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English (C1 Level)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers
  • Experience working in a wholesale distribution, retail, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to create long-term relationships with clients
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
