Key Engineering Role

A forward-thinking DevOps professional is required to spearhead a transformative initiative aimed at modernizing and elevating engineering capabilities across the organization. This strategic position demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a strong ability to educate and influence development teams globally.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and executing DevOps strategies, as well as hands-on proficiency in automating software development, testing, and production delivery. A deep understanding of industry-leading technologies, including containerization and serverless solutions, is essential for driving innovation and process improvements.

This critical role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver automated CI/CD pipelines, increase developer productivity, and enhance operational resiliency. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive DevOps modernization strategy
  • Developing and maintaining internal tooling to automate software delivery and testing
  • Improving production stability and resiliency through data-driven insights and observability tools
  • Supporting application teams in adopting best-in-class practices and technologies to support agile delivery models

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in computer science, with 7-10 years of experience in leading and executing transformation programs involving significant uplift of DevOps and SDLC automation capabilities. Intimate familiarity with modern DevOps and SRE principles, along with expertise in AWS Cloud platform and services, is also highly desirable.

Additional requirements include:

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication and education abilities
  • Experience working in development teams using Agile methodologies and practicing Lean Delivery principles
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, GO, PowerShell, Bash, or Groovy
  • Knowledge of containerization and serverless technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
