About the Role

We're looking for experienced Senior Automation Engineers who can design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. You'll be working on a mix of projects, applying your skills in .NET, RPA, and Business Intelligence (BI) development to deliver real impact. This role is hands-on and client-facing, so expect variety, problem-solving, and ownership.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement automation solutions using .NET, RPA tools, and BI platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify processes for automation
  • Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure automation workflows
  • Integrate automation with existing systems and data sources
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions for performance and reliability
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on projects
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional experience in automation engineering
  • Strong expertise in .NET development
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar)
  • Solid background in BI development (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience leading automation projects end-to-end
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Exposure to data analytics or data engineering
