Business Development Lead

The role of an FMCG Sales Manager involves overseeing the sales process for fast-moving consumer goods in the food industry. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
This is a full-time position responsible for managing the sales activities of a team of distributors in North Central Luzon. The ideal candidate possesses a college degree, proficient business-to-business sales negotiation skills, and relevant experience in the FMCG distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and distributor inventory management
- Distributor sales personnel performance oversight to ensure efficient product delivery
- Retail merchandising and pricing management
- Marketing activities coordination and execution
- Sell-in and sell-out performance reporting
Requirements:
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions
- Proficient in business-to-business sales negotiations
- Relevant experience in the FMCG distribution industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset
