About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Bayanilife Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores located in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our store, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and leading a team of sales associates, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets
  • Overseeing inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise
  • Handling cash management and reconciliation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to company policies
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Implementing and enforcing store policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management
  • Assisting in the training and development of sales associates
  • Serving as a role model and mentor to the store team

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and store operations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
