Job Title

Protect and safeguard guests, team members, and assets as a key member of our hotel's security management team.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and supervise the adherence to international safety and security regulations across all departments.
  • Ensure the protection of hotel property, guests, and team members from potential hazards.
  • Organize daily patrols and security checks throughout the hotel to maintain a secure environment.
  • Identify and report any potential accident or fire hazards to the relevant authorities.
  • Develop emergency procedures for fire and security incidents and organize drills to ensure preparedness.
  • Conduct on-site guidance and rescue work in case of emergencies such as fires and explosions.
  • Provide training to team members on safety and fire prevention protocols and advanced training to security officers.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate criminal cases and accidents in the hotel.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the safety of guests during VIP activities.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with government organizations and stakeholders.
  • Communicate and enforce hotel policies and procedures to team members to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • More than 5 years of experience in hotel security management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in security and fire control fields.
  • Proficiency in government regulations and technical rules.
  • Ability to follow specifications for hotel services.
  • Capacity to train and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
