Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that we comply with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and track quality metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
