Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for driving efficient hiring processes and managing digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in technical e-commerce support and marketing operations.

You will be responsible for building, editing, and scheduling weekly newsletters, incorporating graphics using Photoshop and templates from Canva, ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency, tracking metrics and providing feedback for ongoing optimization.

In addition, you will be responsible for uploading new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes), writing/editing SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles, maintaining page formatting and consistency across products, supporting collection cleanup, blog post edits, and basic merchandising updates.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with design templates and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics. Strong experience with Shopify, including uploading products, creating product pages, and writing/editing SEO-optimized descriptions, is also required.

Able to follow brand guidelines and meet strict email publishing deadlines, the successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to regularly report on progress and flag bandwidth concerns. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads, as well as familiarity with Figma for collaborative design projects, is a plus.

Requirements
  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools
  • Comfortable working with design templates (Canva) and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics
  • Able to follow brand guidelines and meet strict email publishing deadlines
  • Strong experience with Shopify - uploading products, creating product pages, and writing/editing SEO-optimized descriptions
  • Familiar with managing multiple product variations (colors, sizes, etc.) and keeping formatting consistent
  • Experience using Asana or other project management tools to manage day-to-day tasks
  • Prior DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience
  • Detail-oriented with ability to regularly report on progress and flag bandwidth concerns
