About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of owning end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, including top-notch customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting meticulous product listing checks, responding promptly to customer inquiries, handling product replacements and refunds, analyzing negative reviews, monitoring seller performance metrics, and resolving stranded inventory issues.

Your Skillset: Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and visualization).
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, anticipating potential issues proactively.
