E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor products and check for new listings across online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart
- Analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items
- Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate
- Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more
- Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively
- Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
