As a Channel Account Manager, you will drive indirect sales and develop robust channel ecosystems, focusing on growth and sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a business plan for Indonesia and collaborating with partners.
- Building relationships with key partner principals and teams.
- Ensuring partner competence through enablement, training, and certifications.
- Taking ownership of needle-mover initiatives to improve overall business.
- Staying updated on AVEVA technology advancements and enabling partners similarly.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of indirect enterprise-level software sales and/or partner management experience.
- Experience in managing high-performing channels/partners and sales.
- Knowledge of OT applications (Level 2 – 4) and AVEVA product lines would be an advantage.
- Demonstrating value-added selling through the AVEVA FLEX Program driving ARR through subscription.
- Strong social and organizational skills, ability to develop networks for cross-functional working.
- Ability to converse and present in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Team player and willing to learn.
