We are currently looking for an Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing communications with candidates in the hiring pipeline, as well as overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.

About the Role
  • Candidate and New Hire Communications: Manage all interactions with candidates, ensuring timely responses and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Coordinate the offer process, including sending offer letters, tracking signatures, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Point of Contact for New Hires: Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Process Improvement & Systems: Support the development and maintenance of efficient systems and processes that streamline hiring and onboarding.
  • Team Monitoring & Support: Assist in tracking and analyzing team performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing support as needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to identify issues, take ownership, and follow through to resolution.
  • Comfortable with adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to improving processes and streamlining workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with empathy and patience to support new hires.
