The Job
  • You'll handle technical inquiries, manage member accounts, create automations, and design landing pages, with a primary focus on high-level technical solutions.
  • You'll play a crucial role in delivering seamless experiences that help our members thrive in the AI revolution.
Responsibilities
  1. Set up, launch, and monitor cold email campaigns using advanced automation tools.
  2. Build and maintain complex automation workflows using cutting-edge software.
  3. Generate targeted lead lists based on the client's ideal customer profile (ICP).
  4. Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs efficiently.
  5. Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client's CRM (e.g., HubSpot or HighLevel).
  6. Keep systems organized and documented for maximum efficiency.
  7. Ensure campaigns and workflows are launched on time and run smoothly.
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical VA or marketing automation role.
  • Proficiency in advanced automation tools, CRM platforms, and marketing software.
  • Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain tech setups and maintain process documentation.
