Job Overview:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the marketing team in creating and implementing effective online and offline campaigns, generating marketing materials, maintaining company websites and social media platforms, and coordinating event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to reach target audiences
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, videos, and blog content
  • Ensure website and social media channels are up-to-date and engaging
  • Liaise with retail partners for joint promotions, pop-up stores, and brand exhibitions
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation, and staffing
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support media relations, including press releases and interview coordination
  • Monitor public sentiment and assist with crisis communication when needed
  • Maintain relationships with industry partners to expand brand reach
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to inform campaign optimization
  • Compile findings to support marketing strategy development
  • Collaborate on marketing events, such as exhibitions, seminars, and promotions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
