Mid-Senior Level Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic and Safety Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about creating a safe online environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that promote user safety and trust. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze policy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traffic and safety principles and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies that promote user safety and trust
  • Analyze policy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Traffic and Safety Policy, Operations, Content Moderation or a similar role
  • Proven ability to create and refine policies in partnership with large-scale operations or BPO environments
  • Demonstrated experience turning regulatory or legal guidance into frontline-ready SOPs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to spot trends and anticipate potential issues arising from policy application
